Creed series is utter trash. Adonis is the most unlikeable protagonist I have ever seen. Just a spoiled brat. The over the top aggression is just so try hard and cringe. The dude can't act and has zero charisma. I was hoping he got knocked out.

Creed 1 is great. Part 2 was a letdown and 3 was dumb but highly entertaining. My opinion.

Rocky IV is my fav out of the Rocky series, am I in the minority here?

The original Rocky is arguably the greatest sports film of all time. I thought Creed was just OK. Gave it 5/10 on IMDb. Never felt the need to see the sequels.

That would be Raging Bull for me along with Rocky.

I did watch American Graffiti like for the 10th time on the other flight. That is Awesome!
Planning to watch Belfast if they still have it next week.

The Rocky series is a hundred times better. Creed takes itself too seriously. In Rocky, you had interesting characters but not in Creed. Dull. The fights look good but that's about it.

I was hoping for that, too. LOL. Apollo was likable but Adonis is just annoying.

That would be Raging Bull for me along with Rocky.

Raging Bull is much more cinema — and a biopic as well. It’s easily the greater of the two movies. But although RB’s artistic merit is much higher, few films are as rousing as the first Rocky. I must’ve seen the original three dozen times, and its visceral impact never seems to lessen. Stallone really hit it out of the park with that one; the character and his story were so successful that it spawned offshoots of a secondary character. Outside of comic book films — if those even count — I can’t think of another franchise that inspired such a phenomenon.

Creed 1 and 2 were good. 3 was ok. I enjoy the Creed movies but they just don’t have the “Magic” the Rocky movies have.

I know the only Rocky movie that I think is a great movie as art is Rocky one.
I thought Creed was going to be a POS but since some of you were talking about it in my flight home 2 weeks ago I watched and was pleasantly surprised.

On my next flight in a week and a half I might watch Creed 2, we shall see.

First off, I found all three movies entertaining enough. One is the best and they digress from there.

The 'problem' is they are Creed movies but the best, most charismatic, most likeable character is Rocky Balboa. So, in order to make a Creed movie really and truly a Creed movie, they had to leave Rocky behind. The third movie suffers tremendously as a result.
