But for some inexplicable reason, the Ennis vs Stanionis INHOUSE fight was never made.
They'd rather have him milked by a competing promoter like GBP.

Any reason why Bozy Ennis/Cameron Dunkin didn't pursue the fight? Ennis wanted the fight, to be fair.
No rhyme no reason why Stanionis vs Jaron "Boots" Ennis was not made. Didn't make any sense why Stanions, a PBC fighter, is fighting on a GBP/DAZN card and not on Showtime.

There was a long gap before Ortiz filed his petition for the Stanionis fight. Even took a while before WBA made their decision. I was thinking...maybe WBA being allied with PBC/Showtime they were hoping Showtime promoters would want him for their fighters like Ennis.

i hear you on the weight change lotta factors in why he could not move up in weight, Here is something (or nothing) and i did no research on that whole topic bc too much like work to read up on some medical facts n get to the truth. Still someone mentioned how the blood disorder Ortiz has is consistent with PED usage. Guy went thru all the teck stuff on his thoughts on it, FF could just be over anxcious about PED's and the like or there might be a grain of truth in his rant on the blood disorder cause and effects. It is a fact that guys dope sometimes with PED"s as sick as street corner junkies in some or most cases. Talking how they justify the usage of substances. Anyhow random thought on him and the fight history all that blood stuff. Bottom line without any of the hysteria he is about to be tested in the ring by Stanz and he has some wholes in his resume as far as consistency in his timing now so that and several other fight facts will make for a decent fight on Saturday night.

Stanions vs Ennis should have been made long time ago with zero promotional issues. Both fight on Showtime. Why GBP was able to get Stanionis on their platform is a mystery.

Stanionis was on Youtube saying he was indeed approached by Ennis' team and said yes to fighting Jaron "Boots." He said they never came back. That's when Stan proceeded to fight Dulorme, who he beat. Apparently, Dunkin and Bozy were not confident enough to pit Boots against Stanionis.
