anyone familiar with him? Ive seen him once or twice, and really hes not too bad. fun to watch his fights, he usually goes after his opponents. only 26 years old too, pretty young.

this is his last fight against Bonsu, who beat Carlos Baldomir.

how do you guys think he would do against the other top ten fighters in the division?

He is taking rest after the hard victory. He had a broken nose, but everything is OK now. He will start training and he is back in Germany, but I think he will fly to the USA and start his training. After the victory it was Ramadan (fasting month), the holy month for ******s, and he stayed in Turkey (Trabzon) with his family.

Berto, as I heard, doesnt want to fight him. Collazo was interested, for a Interim Title, but the coming weeks will show us what will happenend.

I hope he will improve his footwork and defence, otherwise it will be very hard for him. Theire is much space in his boxing ability and he learns much. Even his highguard is not bad, he learned it in his amteur days and with his old Trainer Rocky, but imo it is not the perfect guard for his style. His headmovement is bad, and he takes too many shots. He fights a little bit like Abraham. His power is very good and he is fast, but too wild sometimes.

Theire were improvements in his last fight against Bonsu, but maybe Stylewise. He has problems with Boxer and Southpaws. I hope he will improve his boxing ability. His jab is really weak, but he has a too short reach. He likes the infight, and therefore he has to learn.

I dont know, who his new trainer is, Ive heard about a Cuban. I dont know if he can teach him some headmovement and footwork. Somebody like Rooney or Teddy Atlas would be the perfect trainiers for him.

He will have a tough time against the best in the welter division, but I am a big fan and he maybe win a title next year if theire will be improvements. A while ago, I asked him, why he isnt fighting as a junior welterweight or even lightweight, but he was a little bit angry. He has problems with weight I think, and is too strong. Not that he is fat as Hatton, but he carries around 160 pounds of weight after his fights. Imo theire is enough space to melt down. Imo the light welter would be perfect for him and in some years, after getting enough experience, than he can fight with the big guys.

I like this kid very much but can't see him winning against good counterpunchers at 147 b/c he's that small in height...the Ouali fight showed us his problems...he need to apply a bob'n'wave style to be successful vs. the best...lets see how he does under his new coach - I think his next fight will be in the US...
