There is only one reason why he retired and everyone thst has been divorced before who listened to their attorney whould tell you the same.... But go ahead during a divorce buy a mansion and sports car and make serious cash before it's finalized and say bye bye to at LEAST half.

I have given Tank his flowers he has a good following that 100% supports him has devastating KO power. I am Team Shakur , but he has nothing impressive on his resume but he is still coming up looked great his last fight. I am also Team Haney his resume w/ Kambos and Loma sheeit's all over Tank's as well .But at the end of the day TEO still has the best resume end of story.Comment

Teo just fought in the Hulu Theatre in front of 5,500 people in a fight that peaked at about 990k on ESPN.
Tank fought in front of 20k+ fans in T Mobile arena that sold 1.2 mil ppvs at $84.99 a pop in the biggest event fight of the year.
Teo clearly has the better wins in Loma and Taylor.
Tank is by far a bigger star.
The ESPY’s are about ratings, casual fans and star power. Teo isn’t worthy of a nomination over Tank.
Now if we talk about FOTY, Teo would be worthy of a nomination and not Tank.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 07-01-2023, 10:50 AM.Comment

I see you're going for a deep on this but you are probably right. Teo's talk of retirement is likely about a reducing his divorce settlement and that makes sense. What doesn't make sense is picking up the belts via ESPN then shyt all over ESPN, refusing a rematch or fight his "easy" mandatory on ESPN. ESPN had to make a sweet heart deal to get the Australian to fight Haney, another ESPN guy.Comment

Teofimo has a propensity to bite the hand that feeds him and every promotional outfit and network know it..Comment
