This article reads like satire. Hearn is obviously kidding. Or at least half kidding.

Hearn literally looks and sounds exactly like a used car salesman. Like he has no idea at all about the sport of boxing, but one day AJ walked in looking for a good deal on a slightly used BMW, and Eddie somehow convinced him that he was a boxing promoter and then he went home and frantically built a website and printed up some cards, and over lunch later that week he got AJ to sign with him.
