Santos is talking a little bit too much shxt seeing as how Adames was SUPPOSED to dominate J-Rock. There were multiple times that I thought Williams was about to take a nap, but he found a way, not only to fight through it, but snap Adames' head back with nice shots and win rounds.

So, no, I don't agree with the stoppage because J-Rock wasn't at the point where he couldn't defend himself, nor was he physically unable to return fire. If he would have gotten knocked out the next round, then so be it. That's what he signed up for and wanted to prove that wasn't going to happen.

And no, J Rock wasn't returning fire at the time of the stoppage. That's why the ref stopped it. Not a good stoppage. But not a bad one either. That was earlier on in the Lubin fight. But as the American won, you were happy for that stoppage and justified it.
