I respect the fact that Quintana is trying to get back in the groove. But he should've been doing this all along. The story claims that Arum and Clottey low balled him, but it serves him right for his inactivity. Clottey just fought an exciting fight with Cotto at MSG in a fight that did high TV ratings. Quintana on the other hand has done squat to deserve a shot at the upper-tier fighters of 147 and 154. Sure, I'd like to see Quintana get a shot at Clottey rather than Holt, but he deserves well less than half of the purse for the reason I described above.

And even if Quintana does have the balls to go to Mexico to fight Margarito, he would get his ass beat because he is a Sergio Martinez clone with less power and size except for the fact that his defense is a little better than Martinez's.
