True the guy that did this is a hack and not an artist that's the problem, as I said earlier the quality of today's work is amazing with fine lines great detail and beautiful shading, without these qualities a tattoos goes from art to a prison tattoo and over time a black blob, Im 70 and have a lot all done in the 1970s I have some that are terrible and others that have held up great considering the age, if youre going to get tattoos be picky in who does them for you as you have them for life, there is a difference in an artist and stencil follower, find the artist that can really draw its worth it.
