Pavlik is a step up in class for Williams. No?

Lots of people looking for a Williams blow out but lets be logical here for a moment and at least aknowledge Pavlik is the biggest test of Williams career I dont care how much of a fan of his you are.

Not to say Pavlik is some amazing boxer but the guy is proven at MW and is no joke, has power, chin, stamina. He lost to Hopkins. Williams is not on Hopkins level.

Is Pavlik the biggest test and step up of Williams' career? Absolutely.

Pavlik took too long to handle his confidence builder Marco Antonio Rubio. He went 9 rounds with that bum that was barely even throwing anything.

Williams throws about 100 punches per round, has chin, stamina, and his uppercut will have Pavlik's head bobbling back all night. Too many punches from too many angles while Pavlik only throws jab, jab, right in the same angle.

          It'll be Pwill's biggest challenge.

You guys aren't the least bit worried about his hand or personal problems? I agree it is a step up for Williams, but if Pavlik isn't 100% physically or mentally he may have some problems with Williams. I don't like Williams and would love to see Pavlik floor the guy, but i find Pavliks injury and behavior to be a bad sign for him.

No way does Williams blow him out. This is a tough fight for Paul, he will need to work hard but I believe he will emerge with the W. Definitely a step up, but he wins on points.

On a side note, the Winky Wright that Williams foguth could beat the undefeated hyped up version of Pavlik, let alone the on from now. Imho.
