There's no way that Timmy can match up to the skillset of Jermell. People act as if they just started watching boxing, Tszyu is a stiff, no head movement or defense, sitting target for an experienced boxer puncher such as Charlo. Add that with the athleticism and footwork, pivots, and counter shots of Jermell, and it's a KO waiting to happen. While Tszyu is opening up with his head on the line, Charlo will be moving, holding the phone, and running him into uppercuts and hooks from hell.
