It all depends on Greedy Belly prefers to fight gatekeepers who are willing to 10 to 20% split. He is looking for MMA guys with F level boxing skills instead of facing real competition at heavyweight.

History is a big fight neon light where money is concerned, but I reckon you could be right with the Garcia fight, it might have made the top guys realise they are wasting time, I hope it's a snowball rolling down a hill, great for us if it is..

Nah Davis/Garcia had nothing to do with this.

Spence and Crawford been tryna get this fight done since last year April.

The only two issues were Crawford overvaluing himself and Haymon tryna sabotage negotiations because he wanted to force Spence to fight Thurman.

If Crawford had been realistic about his value and Haymon hadn't tried to sabotage negotiations, this fight would have happened last year November.

Anyway Spence eventually realized he can't trust Haymon with this and negotiated the fight himself.

Remember that Haymon tried to sabotage Tank vs Garcia too.

The stipulation in that contract were ridiculously one sided.

No other fighter would have accepted that bs.

It's only because Garcia called all of their bluffs that it happened in the first place.

That may be true or it may not be true no way of actually proving it..... That said i do believe there is a bit of truth in the fact that G.Davis/Garci helped to some degree with future fights-- but me i dont throw too much praise on fighters that are making more money and treated with such respect it is almost unreal to count and see. So yea some fights are being made and there could be more but if it really looks so wonderful i give credit to the fight fans who let it be known that the cheap low level high prices fights will not get the interest the promo guys were expecting. Another words lets wait till they get in the ring and show themselves and then find out if the price of admission was worth it.
