I dont get why people here are saying Tim would smoke Charlo

One of my favorite fighters ever is Tim Tzyu's father, Kostya.

I will root for Tim when the time comes and I hope he gets it done and destroys Charlo, but it is too early yet, guys hold your horses.

Maybe Tim needs a couple more fights to win against Charlo.

Ocampo is not on the same level as Charlo.

Again, I fully support T Tzyu and I want him to win, but let's not rush the Wagon yet.

You are only as good as your last fight. Unfortunately a lot of people are NPCs and unable to think for themselves. They just regurgitate what they see on Youtube or a boxing podcast.

Now, don't get me wrong,Tim looked good against Harrison for sure....but he just doesn't have what it takes right now to beat Charlo.

I thought before Charlo’s so-called injury that Tim needed a few fights before attempting to derail Charlo

I also believe Tim fights to his opponents level , something that will fugh him up in the future

Very few are saying this. But charlo is very beatable. And the reason we are saying this is because he lost to harrison before a journeyman, was getting outboxed by julian jackson's son before stopping him, and arguable lost the first fight to castano. Tim has the perfect style to beat him.

It is a close fight hard to call. I lean towards time but Charlo can easily win too. Tsyzu is no where near as good as his dad and still developing

Why surprised, this forum is renowned for jumping on bandwagons. I think they have brought Tim along with great match making he hasn't beaten much other than reputations, the fighters were shadows of their best, I think it will be very different with Charlo although Tim is a quality fighter but the hype is built of a lot of done guys. The biggest thing I see in this is Charlo has been out for a long time, the longer that goes on the more chance Tim has.

Charlo-Tszyu is a pretty even fight. Tim might have a slight edge because of the momentum of his career and he's in his absolute prime but skill wise, he's not something Jermell hasn't seen before. Skillwise nobody above the other in this match up. 55/45 fight for Tim because he's in his prime and Charlo might just have passed his.

Tim is open every time he trys to fight in dads style, I like how he held his hands and moved in on Campo that was an improvement they will working on Tims defence, I think Charlo is going to catch him just as Terrel did only Charlo wont let him off, Tim is relying on reflex in areas where Charlos better boxing will make all the difference, Charlo is big not just tall but strong full frame and can punch, look at Ocampo he looked like a surfie did he train, Tims improving but I don't think he can come guns blazing without being caught and he cant outbox him at distance, If they make Tim betting favourite which I doubt but if the do at the odds youre talking Im going lay some decent money on Charlo.
