Do you think Clottey walks around weighing more than most MWs?

I am a fan of Clottey and it is no secret he is not a small ww, but this guy is fookin massive a ww. Do you think he is walking around at heavier than lets say the average mw? I don't know if the Holt fight is absolutely going to happen but I really hope it doesn't. It would be one of those few instances where even a ko win is worthless as the guy he is fighting is coming up in weight against an unusually large fighter at ww.
If this sort of things becomes the norm where fighters can just move up or fight guys considerably smaller than themselves at the all so fashionable catchweight and citing the reason of more $$$ then why should we bother at all with contractual weight really? Don't get me wrong I think weight is of the most importance to ensure fair comp, but just because two fighters can condition their bodies in different ways to weigh the same for a couple seconds doesn't mean they are the same size or that the two said fighters can have a legitimate fight together. So how long until it is common to have "comes as you are" fights? Why not? It seems to be popular to give the illusion of fair athletic competition these days as long as you can make the scale read the same for both fighters for a brief time.
This wasn't so much about Clottey as I wanted it to be sorry for the rant, comment if you want about how fooking massive Clottey is or contractual weight agreements if you wish.

If Clottey can rehydrate up to 170 and a high 160 and still fighting like he normally would with his speed intact, then he has to be walking around at least at 185.

And with his frame he won't look too fat with 185 on him.
