Ryan Garcia is prepared to go the distance with his estranged promoter. As previously reported by BoxingScene.com's Keith Idec, Golden Boy Promotions has filed a two-count lawsuit accusing Garcia, adviser Guadalupe 'Lupe' Garcia and unnamed parties, in the U.S, District Court of Nevada. Golden Boy accused Garcia, et al. of intentional interference with contractual relations and seeks relief pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act.

With the latest developments, why don't Golden Boy and Ryan and his team rather part business ways.

They made some good money, particularly from the Tank Davis fight. They haven't really gotten along for quite some time.

Oscar is going to look too desperate if he wants to keep promoting Ryan. His stable isn't really rich with big star talent, so that may be why he's determined to continue promoting Garcia.
