Lopez is no longer affiliated with top rank.
Devin Haney wants to fight Prograis on DAZN, not top rank, he as well is not affiliated with top rank anymore.
Matias is a free agent, unlike what OP said about resigning with PBC. Subriel can fight on any network and has had advanced talks with DAZN.
Prograis made the best move. All top rank really had to offer him is Barboza, and Ramirez who both already turned prograis down this year.
Dazn has Hitchins, Catterall, Spark, Paro, Valenzuela, Love. Virtually half of the top 20 at 140 with the exception of Rolly and Russell at PBC.
Not to mention if push came to shove, he could still make a cross promotional fight with any of the guys you named.
Taylor is moving up to 147 if he doesn't retire.

DAZN have no money fights at 140.

Catterall is the best guy they have but he doesn’t draw unfortunately.

      TR have the better options.

He's gonna fight Gollaz-Valenzuela and then unify with Matias. But he needs to be careful. Zorrilla is game and has a real punch. He had barboza in serious trouble in the final round of their fight.

I told you guys when Regis first made the dumb decision to sign with Dazn he was going to fight Liam, Liam and Liam. Espinoza is going to make sure that Matias never fights on Dazn. Hearn lied to Regis just like he lied to Andrade about him getting the Canelo and 3G fights. Hearn lied to Tevin about getting him the Tank fight. And he lied to Haney about getting him the KingRY fight. Dazn is a backwater outfit in America. Showtime is the only real player (and Espn) from 130 - 140. They have plenty of fights for Matias for him not to have to fight on Dazn. Se you in 2024 Regis when you're begging to come back to Pbc. I guess that's the "creole" in you that wants the English French and Spanish to win and not the Africans.

He doesn't want those big fights. Like he said he wamts to be a priority aka know TR has more talent than him, with matchroom he can be there top guy at 140 whilst fighting easier opponents starting with the guy ranked 27th tonight. He'll finish his deal with a Catterall fight maybe Matias if he gets lucky. But he isnt fighting garcia teo haney.

Long term if it works out the hearn deal would be better. Had he signed elsewhere he would've got 2-3 fights over 2 years and would've taken 3-4 years to finish the contract, yet if the hearn deal works out hell get 5 fights in 2 years with 3 unifications. My guess he would've got 15m over those 3-4yrs while this hearn deal he'll probably get 10m over 3 fights with hearn + Matias and another 10-15m to do a Lopez fight and if win a Devon Haney fight. If such he would be in good position for a Ryan Garcia payday with his age which would be a retirement fight. Garcia would be willing to take a risk vs an aged opp

Prograis can't cut the ring to save his life. Catterall and Hitchins might both be all wrong for him.
