Would you take slightly less money for a high risk fight? Let's not forget this Paulie wants the fight at 140, not 138.5 like previously. lol some of you fans amaze me.

That jab was the most powerful punch of the fight and controlled the fight.

        Paulie won.

"Juan has plenty of other options which we will now diligently pursue. These options include a possible mega fight with Juan Manuel Marquez, Robert Guerrero, the winner of Guzman vs. Funeka or a potential showdown with Ricky Hatton in England should Ricky decide to return to the ring."

Funny how they mention fighting the corpse of Hatton, rematching old JMM, unknown quiter Guerrero and even Guzrunner/Funeka but don't say a thing about fighting WBC champion Valero. I have a feeling that Diaz is going to avoid big punchers for the rest of his career.

Valero would jump at the chance to give him a beating and won't be afraid to do it in Texas even with hometown judges because Diaz is not making it to a decision.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he doesn't believe Juan Diaz won the fight. He just needed time to come up with **** to say back.

In my mind, Richard just put the clown nose squarely in the middle of Paulie's face.

Wait... that makes no sense to me. Why would Richard list a Top Rank fighter as an option for Juan Diaz when they haven't even negotiated w Valero? Why would he ever play his card like that in public?

i got 2 say that to me golden boy promotions reputation is all over floor,,,no wonder mosley's been on the shelf so long, i mean who really even takes them seriously anymore or even risk doing business with them after paulie/juan. HBO dont even respect them anymore cause top rank has HBO on lock. hey intime if they cant get any big fights maybe they can go promote univision/telemundo fights lol
