When he won the championships the first time, he got stripped left and right for not facing his obligations, then had to vacate the rest in advance of being stripped of them for his multiple doping violations. Then after he beat Wilder, he had to be forced through a year of legal action to honor his contractual rematch. He couldn't even come to terms with Whyte for the mandatory obligations there, and purse bid got pushed back several times. He's had negotiations with AJ fall through several times because he wasn't negotiating in good faith. Then there were his antics with Usyk, when he even priced himself out of the Saudis. He had negotiations fall through with Ruiz. In the interim he's talked about fighting Joyce, AJ, a nobody from Australia, Jon Jones, Francis Ngannou, etc, and he's STILL got no fight lined up. He's never once had a fight in any of his championship reigns that he didn't behave like a primadonna and screw the negotiations.
Yes, his shy of fighting image has been brewing over years. Although Tyson will never bring it up in any interview or conversation

They're just trying to take attention away from their lengthy history of human rights atrocities.

Let me tell you about human right atrocities committed by the US and the UK in chronological order:
        1. Woodrow Wilson jailed 5,000 Americans for speaking against WW1
        2. FDR jailed 100,000 Japanese-Americans including children.
        3. Lyndon Johnson used the FBI to spy on reporters and black leaders.
        4. During the Cold War, human experimentation on college kids, mental health patients, government run experiments on blacks and exposing them to syphilis
        5. Richard Nixon spied on Americans and was anti-Semitic.
        6. Reagan Contra affair with Iran hypocrisy
        7. The US support and instigation of the Iran-Iraq war where over a million people died
        8. Bill Clinton surveillance on Americans and the use of rendition, shipping suspects to Saudi Arabia and Egypt to be tortured.
        9. ***** from attacks in Pakistan
        10. The US and UK invasion of Iraq where almost 2 million people have lost their lives and over 6 million refugees scattered across the globe over lies.
        11. The UK war on Kenyans where over 40,000 people died including women and children

There are just a few of the many many atrocities committed by the US and the UK so I yes, Saudi Arabia is a thousand times better.
