Chris John Vs Juan Manuel Lopez

Sometime in the near future Juan Manuel Lopez will move up in weight, and hopefully takes on undefeated WBA FeatherWeight Champion Chris John.

I've been real hesitant on making this thread,Because I think Chris John edges Lopez.John is a very slick boxing technician;Who has the skill set to outbox Juan Manuel Lopez. The problem is that Lopez has a lot of power, and If he catches John flush a few times on the chin, well it would definitely end his night. But I just don't see that happening.

I see John being to elusive and giving Lopez problems with his lateral movement.

Anyways Who do you see winning IF this fight were to take place in the near future?

50/50 fight but leaning towards john as its his division.

Juanma eats him alive, then kills him, and then they become friends.

IMO I see John pickin up the victory Ts. He wont just stand there and trade punches with lopez cause that would be crazy, but he would outwork him to a decision

Don't know but if Lopez seems like he has more punching power Rocky and Rocky was able to rock him in the 12th in both of their fights so i would lean towards a late KO for Lopez.

If the fight happens in 2010, i'd favor chris john. But if it's after that, then i'd definitely see Juanma winning, maybe even by KO.

Chris John gets the benefit of the doubt because its his division and he is proven. But it is still close because Juan is a big bantamweight.

u know what I agree with u..ill go with Chris John..slick boxer..I think Juan Ma's power is overrated..the only problem for Chris John is if he decides to go toe to toe with Lopez like when he went toe to toe with Juarez..But i think Juarez has more pop than JuanMa..just my opinion
