If Joyce has triggered the rematch purely through pride and doesn't try to fix the mistake, just tries to rely on his toughness then his most likely loses again.
Why he lost is obvious though and therefore something concrete for them to work on with plenty of upside for improvement as a conseuquence. I think Joyce and his team must have some plan to mitigate what went wrong first time around.
As soon there was any remote talk of big Zhang a Lang stepping up to the plate to splatter Fury the Gypsy coward was straight on the phone to Uncle Frank to throw Joyce straight back overboard into murky waters, just like dropping a injured Dubois who just come off crutches in the back end of Poland to fight Usyk.
The Gypsy protection/diversion squad continues in all
it’s glory.
Joyce can win the fight, but like I said before the first fight? Zhang is not just going to disappear.
For as long as Zhang is in the fight, he will most likely be ****ing Joyce up real bad.
Joyce quite simply has to come through this power, try his best to minimize the damage 'And then push Zhang in the second half of the fight'.
From the first fight? It looks like Zhang can take Joyce's power, and compete with Joyce's brute strength.
If Joyce is to beat Zhang, it may be his greatest professional achievement 'Peak performance'. And whether Joyce goes on to get a title fight, he may be burnt out.
Joyce has been getting ****** up for sometime now, people got carried away with the Parker fight 'That fight was a damaging fight, and it looks like Joyce now would of fought in 3 brutal fights back to back'.
When you really analyse professional boxing, Joyce really is not be matched greatly. This is a fight he has to take, ONLY because the first fight happened 'Joyce did not really need to fight Zhang in the first fight'.
Compare that to how Tyson Fury goes about his business. There are multiple heavyweight fighters with no titles, that are fighting at a higher level than Fury 'Joyce is one of those fighters' etc.
Agreed, especially on your last sentence. And not only Fury: look at AJ's foes before and after he got the belts. All of them were not at Zhang 's level. Klitschko was faded. Martin was just there to cash. The first (unexpectedly) good fighter he faced, destroyed him.

Yep, this is how it is. I made a thread about this double protection.
I had Joyce in their first fight just for the fact he is relentless over the distance but now Zhang has proven he can stop him in his tracks I'm not sure what else Joyce can do except add a bit more movement?
I think Joyce lasts the distance this time but still gets ****** up and loses on the cards wide
While I want to see what kind of shape Joyce is in for the rematch, I will ride with the Juggernaut for part 2. Obviously, he has to adjust. But I just think if he comes in at his more natural heavier frame and plays to his strengths, he will win. I think we saw the absolute best of Zhang, and only a mediocre effort from what was likely an overconfident Joyce.
I reserve the right to backtrack quickly depending on how he looks at the weigh-in. I have no doubt Zhang will be focused and in shape.
Yeah I think his "Juggernaut Rap" ring walk music made him feel like he was literally impenetrable!
