Munguia looks natural at 168 - he was a weight bully at 154 - poor Jesse Vargas walked into a trap the moment he signed that fight

Munguia has fought more, but against usually dismal opposition. Meanwhile, Derevyanchenko has fought
several highly ranked fighters.. even though he has some losses. He seems like the better technician of the two...
while Munguia is more of a brawler. Should be an interesting fight.

Derevyanchenko by a stoppage. Munguia too one dimensional. Ukrainian is a proven veteran.

I hate to go with the grain on this one, but GBP picked this opponent for a reason. Munguia, despite his flaws (primarily his nonexistent defense) is extremely durable. Derevyanchenko has solid skills and decent power, but does he have the same engine or the punch resistance to stand up to the punches that will come his way tonight? I doubt it. The wide betting odds suggest that Vegas bookies know that Derevyanchenko isn’t ready.
