Anyway, Williams is a middlweight, the freak don't belong fighting any welterweight imo.
He's shown he can and will get exposed though, just look at the first Quintana fight.
How is it getting exposed to lose a fight, and then come back with a knockout in the rematch. Isn't that called "learning"? Isn't that what young fighters should be doing?

If you can make that weight and fight comfortably, then you are that weight. Williams fought Margarito at 147 and had stamina. Pac was at 130 and weighing 145. Nobody told him to go to lightweight.

I would like to see Williams fight Mayweather. I just want to see May vs Cotto-Pac first. For a variety of reasons. Principal among them is that would be the mega-event that brings boxing more exposure.

I find it funny how you claim the first fight was a farce and give the rematch full credit.
How do you know Quintana didn't have an "off night" second time around and simply got hit with a good shot.

Mosley openly admitted he is ducking Paul Williams and I think said Williams is a nightmare for him. Williams needs to shut up for right now and focus on beating Pavlik.

if Williams had an off night in the first then Quintana had an off night in the rematch.. simple as that. make the third fight happen then.

That is entirely possible. but you know what? Williams made the rematch.

P-Dub could have steered around him (like dawson tried to do Glen, or Ricky did w Collazo). But just like FMJ gave castillo an immediate rematch, i respect that.

Now, if Williams and Quintana got in the ring for a third time, what do you think would happen?

                  Quintana by UD.
It'll never happen though, Williams is afraid to fight him again.

Regardless he fought him again and got a first round KO, that is a hell of a comeback statement whether Quintana had an off night or not, and he's been on a tear since that fight. The only knock I give Paul was not giving Tony a rematch after he won, I'm sure he didn't want none of Tony at that point. He did call him out after Tony beat Cotto but we all know what happened after that...

You do the EXACT same thing... you give the rematch NO credit.
