Chris John -vs- Yuriorkis Gamboa? Who wins this? I know Gamboa is fairly unpolished but I think this is a really competitive match..

Id actually take Gamboa... not a whitewash, not an easy fight... but I would probably favor Gamboa... even though Chris John has been thoroughly tested more than Gamboa... I just feel that if the two step into the ring, Gamboa is going to be a problem.

Gamboa gets dropped but he takes punches well and keeps coming.. John doesn't punch very big and he appears to fade down the stretch and is capable of being hurt. I think this could be a good fight. I'd lean toward Gamboa slightly if this went down. Gamboa also throws a lot so he could potentially win on points as well.

Triangle theory isn't worth anything but, Gamboa IMO would outwork and likely stop Juarez.. I know Gamboa is vulnerable to sharp shots when he squares up but neither John or Juarez seems to have the firepower to exploit that.

Gamboa by stoppage. I'm seeing slippage with John against Juarez in the last two fights and he was seriously hurt, possibly nearly stopped in the last round against Juarez. John doesn't have the power to hurt Gamboa imo.

Gamboa would beat him, i believe he's the best fighter of the division. Better boxing ability and better punching power.

I think someone with good power and short straight punches has a good shot of shocking Gamboa but Gamboa has the ability to beat most if not all in his division IMO.
