Comments Thread For: Reshat Mati Fueled By Lack Of Attention, Aims To Prove His Doubters Wrong

Reshat Mati isn't the most talkative fighter in the world. More times than not, he'll greet you with a smile, a playful joke, and quickly shift the conversation to something boxing related. Although he's just 24 years of age, the sport has already consumed him. Even when he doesn't have anything lined up on his pugilistic calendar, he'll be spotted entering the gym early and leaving late.

It really is a shame - Mati punches real nice.

Dead ass shame that NSB only focuses on guys like Boots who block punches with their face and get rotated for 12 rounds by a pillow fist.

Or maybe its because Meti went life and death with two opponents who's combined records were 15-16-4. Then followed that up by going life and death with two guys who aren't half as good as Karen Chukhadazien.

I respeck a guy who leaves it all in the ring while developing, more than someone who gets rotated for 12 while doing little damage. And trust, I recognize the skills that Chukhadzhian brought ; that's not the point. The point is, Boots was hyped as being able to smash Spence and Crawford.

It's the overhype that's the problem.
