Why not fight a 145. I mean both of them will probably come to the fight as Middleweights or even Super-Middleweights. Cotto should just take the damn fight, he knows he can't make Junior Welterweight any more, he's just waiting for one of the other Junior Welterweights to move up, so he can go up with them.
