And then there was the wild card opponent – Manny Pacquiao – floated once again by Garcia promoter Oscar De La Hoya on Wednesday.
“It's a very real option for both guys. Imagine a fight at a catchweight. It can be the biggest fight for both guys,” De La Hoya said in an interview with Marcos Villegas of Fight Hub TV. “I can see that fight happening at 142, 143 pounds maybe. Ryan Garcia is a big kid. Alongside Romero, Cruz, and Lopez, who Ryan mentioned, I think Manny Pacquiao is the biggest fight that can be made.
If Ryan Garcia fights 44-Year old Manny Pacquiao, AT A CATCHWEIGHT, I don't ever want to hear nothing about rehydration clauses, EVER!!!
Pitbull should take the fight at 140!!!Last edited by Bronx2245; 06-01-2023, 05:45 AM.Comment

I don’t think this kid realizes his 15 min are pretty much over. The jig is up, you quit in the ring and now everyone knows that you’re mainly just talk and social media posting with not much boxing substance. Sure there are a few weirdo groupie males who for delusional nationalistic reasons will still ride his sack, but the big Ppv buzz he had with tank is a wrap.Comment

Ryan contract also extends once he wins a world strap.. Ryan needs to just hush up and take the Pac Man event if that’s what Oscar offers him, he should have listened when Oscar told him time and time again to take a tune up & not allow a rehydration clause.
