I see Crawford's counters playing a significant role in the fight, but I don't see it like Pacquiao vs Cotto at all.

Donât forget, Miguel Cotto had been hurt badly already, and dropped hard by several fighters. Also on my scorecards, Cotto had lost his previous fight, to Joshua Clottey. I also had Cotto-Mosley a draw.
Judah, Corley and Torres all hurt him hard.
Cotto was the underdog for a reason.

I know Crawford hasn't dropped either if I'm not mistaken. But even though he's been fighting at welterweight for a minute now, he's still the smaller guy in my view. I don't want to predict a KO but I think there's a higher chance Bud suffers a knockdown before Spence does. What do you think?
he packs the punch and has been hurt worse when caught
Terence has been knocked down by an overhand right from an Eastern European welterweight
both Errol and Terence get caught with right hooks
both fight as southpaws. So I see their right hooks playing a major role in this closed stance matchupJuniorTorres720 likes this.

This fight feels more like the Canelo-GGG trilogy fights, they where too friendly with each other, didn't take the fights seriously and were doing it mostly for the money.
In a world where fighters are so damn afraid to step and and lose their "0", I give big props at least to both of these guys.

Cotto had been beaten to a pulp a year prior to Margarito and was coming off a disputed, close win over Clottey. Not to mention Cotto was fighting a few pounds drained. Plus Bud Crawford isn’t in the same league as that prime version of PacMonster and Bud is 36 with a decent resume. I fail to see any comparison here, my guy.
