Those are two different things.
You can heal the injury but it won't work exactly the same as before right off the bat.
Finally, this guy uses that hand bludgeon people's skulls with it on a daily basis.
Healed for him is different healed for a couch potatoe like you.
That hand needs time to regain the strength and durability it had before so that he can bludgeon people with it again.
Yawl are dumb out here comparing his hand to your hands that do nothing but open doors and type of phones and laptops.
