If I was a PBC tard, I wouldn't have even WATCHED this card. Is it too much to ask for Blair Cobbs to be more active, or for Rocha to start getting better opponents?

Rocha seems really determined in the fights I have seen him in. I think he is a threat for any current welter out there right now.
