His past achievements will not be affected by this fight the man is a living legend and one of the last pure warriors in the sport, however what this fight represents is how much further Erik will go or wether its time to hang em up.

I don't think Morales losing to Pacquiao will have that signifigant of an effect on his career, unless he gets totally blown out and is humiliated with an early KO. Morales is in the twilight of his career and his legacy is already sealed.

I am a Morales Fan, and I know when my fighter gets beat. Espada had Morales hurt a number of times. It was the one fight that Morales did not finish strong(Besides Barrera vs. Morales I). Espada was the Champion, and Morales won a controversial decision win in which he was outlanded 220-158 by Espadas

I will be at the fight, and will be pulling for a Morales Upset against Pacquiao. I believe that Morales can beat Pacquiao, no man is unbeatable. If Morales comes in with the right game plan, he will be able to pull it off.

he does have more to lose then manny, but this fight will not deminish anything if he loses. he has been in many wars and he takes the toughest fights so its ok for him not too look his best in all his fights, but he is still young and will make fights if he happens to lose, which imo he wont

Good call, I feel the same way about the Espadas-Morales fight, El Terrible usually closes the show and he got waxed in the 12th round vs. Espadas....

BTW everybody, order Vizcaya's highlight reel DVD, I bought it about a year ago, it is OFF THE HOOK

IMO, whatever the outcome of this fight won't really determine their place in boxing history... morales will be known as a true warrior and pacquiao the aggressor... they will still have a lot of fights up ahead...
