I disagree with you slightly. Devin isn't very popular, but has a higher profile than Shakur. People outside the US barely know Shakur, but Devin is undisputed cnampion. Devin is affiliated with the Mayweather's and Judah's, and has also fought outside the US.

In my opinion shakur is higher risk with a much lower reward.

Yeah it doesn't really matter, but it just sounded like Devin thinks he's some sort of fan favorite that people want to see and cheer for him.

wait til Haney finds out he's the B-side. And yes, there will be a rehydration clause. I don't think this fight ever happens.

i hate this sooner or later stuff, tank haney is huge right now, its the time to make it

haney has shown he is willing to get stuff done like trying for loma years ago, going to OZ twice for the titles, thats good going, but this is a huge test, is he willing to bend to tanks demands if tank goes that route and makes demands, i dont think he should bend to anything, just make the fight like its supposed to be made & that would be on tank to do that, haney imo should say very very clearly, I want Tank Davis next fight and put it up to tank, it has to be clear, maybe he has done this i dont know

shakur needs a fight or two at 135 to cement himself there maybe, beat a good contender i would say, tank and haney are the guys at 135 now at the moment so thats the fight i think

It is gonna happen at catchweight 136 with a rehydration clause. Tank is not Lomachenko.

You are correct, I find it funny ppl are assuming Tank will be able to land on Haney like Loma did. Tank is not Loma lol.

And Devin is now the villain following the Loma fight so lots of people will tune in hoping Tank knocks him out cold.
