Vasiliy Lomachenko and his team have angled to remain in place for another crack at the lightweight crown. Egis Klimas, Lomachenko's longtime manager, has contacted the WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO with the expressed request to have the former three-division titlist ranked number-one across the board in the lightweight division. The appeal comes in the wake of the Ukrainian southpaw's twelve-round, unanimous decision defeat to undisputed lightweight champion Devin Haney atop a May 20 ESPN Pay-Per-View from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

People, rightly, had a problem with Moretti's scorecard of 116-112.

Not that many complained about 115-113, or said it should rather have been a draw, or a point in Loma's favour.

It was no robbery, but Moretti, that scorecard wasn't right.

I'm not sure if Haney will stay at this weight, because there's no doubt he drains himself to make weight. The official weigh-in was behind closed doors, and the other weigh-in was just for the media and fans.

I don't think Shakur or Tank are winnable fights for Loma, but him and Tank would be a bit more exciting than the Haney fight was.

If Haney had any balls he would be screaming for an immediate rematch. He looks ridiculous, even more now than he looked when he was being called the email champ. He knows he got beat, like a little girl he is posting pics of Loma showing emotion after getting robbed and taunting him.

Haney has gone from an annoying feather fist paper champ, to the biggest joke in the sport now. For his own good name he should be asking for an immediate rematch with Loma.

Of course he will move up, fight some crap guys and win, and then look ****ty against anyone good. Eventually getting stopped and hopefully bounced out of the sport. His actions before this fight and now after it have shown him to be a real moron.
