question about shane mosley's "power boxing"

what exactly is "power boxing"? i never really quite understood what this meant, i think all fighters try to "power box" so i don't see how shane's style could particular differentiate "power boxing", when its all really just boxing;and shanes never really been anything more than an athletic brawler to me.
