Man I wanted barboza to take the fight it would of been a better fight than the original one scheduled. This is a guy who wasn't even ranked he's fighting now an now he magically is. Boxing for you

How many years has Barboza been stuck on top rank without getting a marquee fight? I don't understand professional boxing sometimes.
Seriously he's 31 been a pro for 10 years been with top rank for like 7 years an his best win is a faded mike Alvarado. Guy needs a big fight soon otherwise what's he even still doing there. He's been calling for big fights on social media. called out Teo but didn't get either of teos first fights at 140 when it was seemingly easy to make. offered to be haneys first fight at 140 if he decides to go up there but he just ain't getting anything

Catterall was available. He’d take the Prograis fight in a heartbeat.

            You keep making excuses though.

Would've preferred Barboza, but I knew better. A Zorilla match-up serves the primary purpose: a hometown stay-busy and promotional ice-breaker. Zorilla represents La Isla del Encanto and has already been decision'ed by Barboza. If Prograis wins by KO, he shows up Barboza and antagonizes Matias into fighting him.

Good fight for short notice! Caterell is already locked in to fight someone already and that leaves Hitchins and Love and I believe both of them refuse to take short notice fight. Infact I think Love is also locked in to fight someone else as well.

For Me Prograis chose a good dance partner on short notice and he shouldn't take that fight for granted or what happened to AJ in the first fight with Ruiz might happen to him. Zorillo is a good fighter and he is hungry.
