Back in the day there were no cell phones and no computers, let alone the internet. I got my information on boxing and wrestling from "BOXING ILLUSTRATED/WRESTLING NEWS" and "WRESTLING REVUE" magazines published by STANLEY WESTON.
I was mostly a wrestling fan, but also liked boxing, so B.I./W.N. was the perfect magazine for someone like me. "RING" was probably a bit more informative, but strictly for boxing fans. Below are photos of some of the mags in my collection.
