What an incredible and epic fight. By far the best of 2023 and top 3 of the past 5 years. Chantelle was incredible, and really utilised her combination of skills, timing, toughness power, physicality and warrior quality. Taylor rallied well after being over matched for large parts, but Cameron proved to be just too acomplished and clearlly too strong for her. Katie strugged almost as much as against Delfine Persoon, but Chantelle posesses elite boxing IQ too. If a rematch occurs, Cameron will be even stronger next time and win even more convincingly. Womens boxing is just the best, and fights like this are becoming the rule, not the exception. Most men just cannot keep up, and the ladies will eclipse them and make them seem tame and rather boring by comparison. When I think of boxing, I automatically think of women!

The fight was mediocre by mens standards and if it was two men one or the other would have been flattened inside 3 rounds because women have terrible defence

Every time they took a punch it was clean

Women don't have the skill or the power to be as entertaining as men

They just eat shot after shot and have terrible head movement


These two are the cream of the crop so it was slightly entertaining I'd say

If you went to any local amateur show and watched two 14 year old lads of similar weight with 10 or so fights under their belt it would have been far more entertaining


Women's boxing will never be as good because there is such a little talent pool

Both girls did good but they have major flaws and the power is so little when theyre exchanging big flurries its not like either one is going down so that also takes the excitement factor away

You won't find many posts on this forum hyping him up.

Eddie Hearn was trying to tap into the Irish market and trying to build him and hype him. He knows that they get behind their athletes massively and he was looking for a male Boxer to do it with along with Katie Taylor and Cully was about the best they have to offer from Republic of Ireland because they are pretty useless. I don't think any boxing fans have been talking about him or hyping him.

I never said Felix was an elite fighter. I replied to the poster who said Felix was beating Euro fighters so i pointed out to him that Felix has just come from losing one sided fights against two of them.

Cully wasn't my boy nor was he hyped up. This was the second time i've seen him in the ring. Not once have i seen anyone mention him. Maybe you could point me in the right direction and show me this fantasy "Hype"?.
