  • Comments Thread For: Devin Haney-Vasiliy Lomachenko: Stats and Stakes

By Cliff Rold - A rivalry that started with something silly (a WBC franchise belt) ends with the only thing that really matters. The bell will ring. On Saturday (ESPN PPV, 10 PM EST), a younger champion still rising to his peak will face an older, veteran former champion looking to show his peak isn't behind him. It's as classic a tale as boxing has. Eventually, youth always prevails. The time and place of its victory is the unknown.

When this fight was announced i predicted that Haney will jab and hug to victory. F that, Loma will get the decision and take the belts

easy fight for Haney, the only way loma knows how to win is when uncle Bob pays off the other fighters which I doubt is the case with Haney, against Teofimo he looked like the amateur he is, where was his tippy tappy footwork? Where was his so called "matrix"....easy to do "matrix" when the opponent is not trying to hurt you back.

The funny thing is if Lomachenko KO’s Haney, he will end The Dream while putting him to sleep all at the same time.

Haney and Cameron by UD, Cameron closer than Haney.

I have not found any interviews where Loma addressed why he had no offense for 8 rounds against Teo. It seems to me like the only way he wins this fight will be far more activity than that. I will of course buy this fight and if he does that aggravating stuff again I will forsake him FOREVER
