US refs wont do anything with a top US fighter , they let ward use his hybrid mma/boxing style and never did anything about it his whole career, i hope lomachenko has been training his wrestling in camp because hes going to spend more time being hugged than he will be boxing

The holding in the Kessler fight was stunningly bad... along with the blatant head butts. Stopped being a fan and never liked ref Jack Reiss after that as well. I don't think he issued a single warning all fight.

Right, very submissive but different cultures I guess. They need to make a huge stink about this to pressure the ref into doing his job when Haney starts holding for dear life.
