    Spence vs Crawford will flop

Spence vs Crawford fight "marinating" makes no sense, especially since both guys arent even trying to stay relevant or blue ball the fans with good fights against okay opponents like MayPac did.

This fight will flop if it ever happens, and that will hurt boxing.

Yeah I know a couple of my serious boxing friends who have had it with this BS!

If the fight doesn’t happen in July or August, you can add me to the list.

Boxing isn’t popular enough anymore to be turning people off to its biggest fights. Or any fights.

Yeah, they're not even "marinating" at this point, they had a combined 3 fights in the last 3 years.

For comparison Tank and Canelo fought 3 times in the last 12 months, cant really bring in the numbers when you're fighting once every blue moon.

It will sell LESS than ryan-tank did.

Crawford and spence want way too much money. they can actually fight 2 bums and make more than just matching each other and risking a loss. Neither isnt famous outside of boxing. Ryan garcia is more famous than them. The fight is for the lineal and undisputed welterweight champ but non boxing fans have no idea who they are.

I am a big Crawford fan but with all this bs, I am really disappointed with his choices. A true chance to cement one's legacy once and for all by facing each other but both are playing this dumb ****. Fk em both

At this point I see it doing regular Spence ppv numbers like 250-300k

i said 4 years ago on here that if they marinated it it wouldnt get any bigger than it was back then, neither guy has a personality and noone else worth beating in the division

I wanted to like crawford for a long while, a crafty switch hitter with decent power but the dude just threw his career away and was happy fighting bums.

i dont even care whose fault it is, Im not there for negotiations so I am not goign to waste mental energy trying to make up whose fault it was, as far as I am concern its both their fault the fight never happened. Cant imagine say Tito and DLH just hanging out in the same division and never fighting each other... that chit didnt use to happen now it happens all the time.

Yeah everyone has just moved on and they never fight like someone said 3 COMBINED fights in 3 years. That's just sad. At this point I don't even want to give them any $$$$. Ryan lost but at least he tried.

This is why Haymon offered Crawford an incentive based deal. If the fight does big business then everyone gets paid but if it likely underperforms then Al is protecting his money.
Bud is afraid to bet on himself in a fight he would be favored to win.
