Lol, myths, he was never going to fight Thurman. He was using the intentions to fight as a means of biding time from the sanctioning bodies, so that he could keep the belts instead of being stripped, so that the fight would still be for undisputed after negotiations were finalized. Bud saw a way of getting paid for beating lesser competition, which is his pattern of choosing fights, and took it.

It's not fans or anyone's fault you people are taking too much time off. You should never have privilege of being accorded time-wasting tuneups and the added reward of having instant excuse when you struggle or lose in your fights.
You should be penalized, instead, by paying fines.Comment

Meanwhile, Crawford broke his inactivity and made $$$ against a live, ranked contender. Its been almost six months and he's due to get back to work. Spence? Too busy staying mostly silent and pointing fingers, to say nothing about closing in on 14 months of zzzzzz......
Spence's only reason for being inactive since April is because, unlike Bud, undisputed and his legacy means more than fooling the people by getting overpaid for light duty work. He's stated he wants the Crawford fight or he's going to move up, but he wanted to exhaust all of his means of making the fight before moving on. He's stood firm on that, but at this point, he may have to accept that Bud doesn't want to fight him.Comment

Fighters can lose their titles just for not making weight. But God forbid stripping them if they dont fight for over a year or more. Which is more disrespectful?Comment

Meanwhile, boxing fans are still begging for the fight. These guys are worse than our politicians.Comment

How many times has Crawford fought the last three years?
How many times was Floyd fighting a year?
The same question can be asked if all the top boxers. Why pick on Spence? Hate?Comment

Crawford also “broke his inactivity” by fighting Khan and Brook. Both washed out and irrelevant at 147.
Next, Bud will be fighting Broner or Brandon Rios and you’ll be saying the same thing.
