We don't even know if Munguia will be able to get past Sergiy. There's no shortcuts in life, none, you can't expect to get a fight with Canelo if you haven't fought anyone with a pulse in your career.

De La Hoya is out of his mind. Mexican boxing will survive and thrive long after Canelo, Mungia and every current Mexican boxer has left the scene. Incidently, Canelo said that he "preferred" not to fight another Mexican, but he has not ruled it out and always been quick to add that he will fight anybody.

Why would Munguia go in front of the line. He has not beaten anyone and does not have a title, if anything he has been blatantly avoid his mandatory status and not fight the champ.

He has a hard fight ahead of him if Sergiy still has something left.
