1. No, Loma didn't have all these belts before he didn't take Teos
2. Haney all ready achieved undisputed 135 for his resume
3. Haney is a lot younger. Loma is running out of time he all ready doesn't have the same fear factor as before with 3 losses and at his age unlikely he gets a shot at undisputed again
4. Haney loses and people all ready think he is weight drained at 135 he can just go onto 140 and continue his career aiming for belts there
5. Haney has a one way rematch clause he loses he can have a rematch. Loma loses and a long road back to another potential undisputed shot
