KSI is a dirty fighter and if the commentary team didn't have their tongues so far up his anus they'd be calling out the blatant cheating. But as he's the promoter of the show, none of those yes-men will jeopardize future paydays by speaking truth on his shows.

To be fair, it happened so fast you couldn't tell until the replay. No way the ref was seeing that. I think it should be turned into a no contest. But it clearly wasn't intentional.
