'I still maintain that there is no way Fury's size is a problem for all-time greats like Ali, Joe Louis and Rocky Marciano despite their small stature.'

A truly ridiculous comment. Rocky was 5'10 & weighed around 185. I love Rocky. Unlike Dempsey he was a great boxer but a great H/W? Don't be ridiculous. Like Ezzard & Floyd he was a great C/w. I'm sure Rocky, Ezzard & Floyd are the best c/ws of all time. The only problem is ranking them. Joe Louis was a lot bigger than Rocky & probably too big for c/w but at 6'0 & 205-210 he would have problems with today's h/ws. Not necessarily insurmountable problems but he would be giving away a huge amount of height, reach & weight. He would have speed & I think Louis's power would hurt anyone today. Finally, Ali was 6'3 & weighed around 205 at his best going up to 230. I honestly don't think a peak, 1960s Ali has any issues with any of today's H/Ws. In fact, I think he would find them ridiculously straightforward!

Cool column. Good insight about Leonard and Hagler.

I do disagree about Canelo supposedly not wanting to fight Benavidez. I think Canelo is sharper, smarter, and beats David, with less difficulty than people think.

'Tank would be the favorite over every fighter at 135 right now as we speak. That says a lot because many think this is a golden era of lightweight. But fights aren’t won on paper. Let’s see if the fights get made'.

You named Ali, so lets go with 'you can't hit what you can't see'. I'm not convinced Tank can beat Shakur, in fact I got Shakur. I like Tank over everyone else at 135 but Shakur's jab, speed & movement are gonna be hell for Tank.

IDK why Morrell is so eager for Benavidez & the, far more experienced, Benavidez seems cool on it. Did Morrell do Benavidez in sparring? Morrell seems supremely confident that this one will end with his hand raised &, looking at their respective records, IDK why?

Oh god, arsehole-o from South Africa is back talking absolute nonsense as usual.

Fury wouldnt beat Marciano? Despite a foot difference in height and at least 60 pounds Lol.

Garcia to fight Teofimo Lopez, Devin Haney and Shakur Stevenson at 147 rather than 140? It takes a huge assumption that these guys would move up to 147 in any case.

IDK why Bread needs to keep reiterating this. There just are idiots that won't or can't hear. Against Hagler SRL won 5 of the first 6 so he only needed 2 more to be sure if he stayed on his feet. WATCH THE FIGHT, by the 12th SRL knows he is done & dusted, unless the judges are corrupt he just can't lose! 'Marvin won the 12th clearly!' 'Yes, & Ray won 7 or 8 of the preceding 11, your point is?' IDK why some people continue to act as though it was some kind of robbery. It actually was a really straightforward decision.
