Fake or not, the funny part was he was in the same situation as Tim Tzsyu when Harrison and Castano postponed their rematches with him.

And you know exactly how Jermell Charlo behaved. He was fuming mad growling like a lion and accused Harrison and Castano of faking their injuries. He even suspected Castano of cycling peds.

Not interested in a fight where one fighter has a ready-made excuse. Let Charlo decide when to fight, when he's ready. Give him two years.

I don't know the extent of his injury, but I'm guessing he will take a tuneup first before facing Tzsyu.

Problem is, even tuneups have uncharacteristically become dangerous now. Look at Jarret Hurd who came back after a long layoff thinking he's taking on a soft touch. Resendiz made it look like he's the showcase fighter.

I've never heard of this Resendiz guy before.

Gausha would be fine with me. Vanes has retired I think. He's probably balooned with huge belly fat.
