I think Shakur is a bigger "star" than Haney! These last couple of fights, Shakur has been right there in the pocket, and dominating too! That's why I feel Tank should try to make the fight with Shakur ASAP!

Yes you do! You hold all of the belt's, and you're going to have to be hell of a fighter to hold on to all of those belt's.
You've got some sensational fighter's in your weight class eye those belt's, and they've placed a target on your center mass.
So watch out DH, because you might get GD'ed, or SS'ed, within the next year or two.
I haven't even mentioned the murder's row in the 140 pound division, which you're going to have to eventually move up to.
