Yeah, historically, 168 lbs has been awful and not casual friendly. Now is the time to make those fights with Canelo's name and brand leading the charge.

Bivol wanted to fight canelo at 168 for undisputed.

The wbc president has said that bivol will not be allowed to fight for the wbc title at any weight until the russia/Ukraine war is over.

So now bivol has no reason to fight canelo at 168 since it wouldn't be for undisputed. It's 175 or bust

If WBC will not sanction the Nelo-Bivol fight @ 168 then it might sway Nelo's stand to fight Bivol only @ 175 since even if he loses to Bivol, he still have the corrupt WBC left with him then he can defend that belt later against his mandatory Benavidez.... I think Bivol doesn't care if WBC belt is on the line or not but more happy if it's for all the marbles ...
