If were looking at strictly in the ring skills, we wont see another roy jones for a long time. Whitaker & Floyd honorable mention.
Accomplishment wise i think even right now pac's got this. If he picks up his 7th world title in 7th weight class vs Cotto he's a shoe in. Couple this with his outside the ring story and it's a no contest.

oscar and hopkins, hopkins is still going strong, if hes like this at 50, hed be #1 all time in my opinion, floyd is the most overated because we are in the U.S, mayweather is only put in this conversation by idiots

Roy Jones, PBF, Bernard Hopkins all pound for pound greats. Everyone might disagree because they were all hated on because there skills were so good that tough fights never really happened against them. They made a lot of fights look easy and they dominated mexican, blacks, puerto ricans and pinoys if they stepped in the ring. I really love pernell whitaker but I THINK he belongs in the age of the Mayweathers and Leonard and Buddy McGirts and also Chavez.
