A few things from this fight for Canelo:

Upper body/head movement is gone.
Similar as above, his defense/blocking sucks now.
Left hook is gone (prob due the injury).
Killer instinct is gone.
Stamina issues have recently affected the steam on his punches after about 7-8 rounds in his last 3 fights.

What Ryder did in the last 15 seconds would’ve made him much more competitive. Strategy to box only allowed Canelo to load up with big hooks, which in my prediction was the most dangerous range for Ryder.

Ryder is a tough guy but that’s a fight he should have finished early.
