Cotto didn't get knocked out by a powerful middleweight in margarito.

He got blasted by a heavy AND quick puncher in Mosley.

There is no way that Pac gets to his chin. He might surprise him with some straight rights and the movement might be confusing but I can guarantee that there wont be any knockdowns for Pac.
