Toney easy too many skills , Arreola is really just a contender status fighter even todays Toney is very skilled with his punches and in fighting .

Toney would dominate him worse than Floyd did Marquez because he is the more skilled fighter. LMAO...I respect james skill and think he would win. He recently spoke about sparring with Chris and insinuated that he gave him massive problems and would gladly take a fight.
